Facility Footprint

ICOR will make a concerted effort to improve the energy efficient lighting systems throughout its facility. Motion sensors will control lighting systems in low traffic work areas where possible. ICOR will employ a variety of energy saving devices throughout its facility where possible. Climate control systems will be well maintained to insure optimum performance and efficiency. All comfort cooling systems will be non-ozone depleting and will be replaced with higher efficiency systems as needed. Building seals and wall insulation will be maintained to reduce heating and cooling costs. As many trees and plants will be incorporated into the facility grounds as possible. All fluorescent bulbs will be recycled.
